Yannick Gingras is a senior developer with over ten years of experience. In addition to designing and developing Web services, he has managed teams, and has worked in the fields of machine learning, bioinformatics and e-commerce. He is an organizer of Montréal’s Python community, the co-chair of the PyCon conference, and a frequent contributor to free and open-source projects. After co-founding Ajah, a company that develops an interactive directory of funders for non-profits, he joined the infrastructure team at Facebook.
